Eleven students in Aki Ishida’s Thesis Concentration Area exhibited digitally augmented models in the Cube at the Moss Arts Center @artscenteratvt. Titled “Projecting Pluralities: Reenvisioning Everyday Architecture,” their work critically examined the multiplicity of everyday architecture through a multi-media presentation, combining projection mapping and the immersive environment of the Cube as a mode of inquiry. As the landscape of technology, domestic life, and regional culture becomes more globalized, how can architecture diversify and respond to these challenges?
