Last weekend, our first-year foundation studios came together for an exhibition showcasing the  journey of students in their first month at the School of Architecture.

The exhibition featured an array of work that reflects the students' initial encounters with the principles of design. Visitors were treated to a collection of work that delved into the intricacies of structure and form, demonstrating the students' budding understanding of materiality and spatial relationships.

The exhibition showcased digital collages that juxtaposed various architectural elements, illustrating the students' ability to blend technology with traditional techniques. Hand-drawn sketches and intricate collages further highlighted their artistic skills and unique perspectives and models that explored structure and form. The work offered a glimpse into the foundational concepts of architecture—concepts that will serve as the bedrock of their education as they continue to develop as architects.
