Andargé Asfaw, award-winning photographer, educator, author,
and fine artist was born in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

His powerful portraits and luminous landscapes have been exhibited in several exhibitions and are held in private collections. Andargé has maintained a commercial photography studio, F/STOP STUDIO, in the Washington, D.C., area for over 30 years.

Andargé teaches digital and traditional photography at Washington-Alexandria Architectural Center/Virginia Tech, Smithsonian Associates, and The Art League School.
