Edgar Garcia Carrasco

Visiting Assistant Professor of Practice, Preservation & Reuse

Architect and educator, founder of the design laboratory Neopictonic in collaboration with Architect Jessica Hernandez.

His professional experience has been guided by an interdisciplinary practices, and the laboratory for most of his work has been the Caribbean Region including, Miami, The Bahamas, Mexico, Panama and Colombia.

Edgar aspired through design education to generate a serious commitment to the development of communities, promoting ideas that have a social-environmental responsibility and the existence of a collective benefit.
