Architectonics in Architecture Lecture

Recently, Architecture Professor Markus Breitschmid was invited to deliver the annual keynote address at the Scandinavian Design Week in Sweden on Thursday, August 14. The lecture was titled "Architectonics in Architecture."

Traditionally, the keynote lecture occurs outdoors on the Island of Huvudskär, a natural preserve and the outermost island of the Stockholm Archipelago toward the Baltic Sea. Guests of the lecture were transported by an old steamship to the island. The lecture was sponsored by cag-Syntell, a leading Swedish technology company. Additional sponsors were Cradlenet, Solvina, Swedsoft, Prevas.
