Key Responsibilities:
Project Support: Assist project teams in the development of architectural designs, drawings, and models.
Research: Conduct research to support ongoing projects, including case studies and precedent analysis.
Design Development: Collaborate with senior architects on the creation of design concepts and graphical presentations.
Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings and presentations, gaining insight into client needs and project requirements.
Professional Development: Receive feedback on your portfolio and interview skills from experienced architects, enhancing your career readiness.
Qualifications:
Education: Currently enrolled as a third-year architecture student at Virginia Tech.
Skills: Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong graphic and verbal communication skills.
Attributes: Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team. A willingness to learn and adapt in a professional environment.
