Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Architect Intern to join our dynamic team. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in architectural/interior design in a professional practice. This role is ideal for individuals pursuing a degree in Architecture and looking to apply their academic knowledge in a practical, real-world setting.
Potential Experiences:
• Assist with Design Projects: Support senior architects in developing design concepts, creating architectural drawings, and preparing presentation materials.
• Drafting and Modeling: Use CAD software and other design tools to create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models.
• Research and Analysis: Conduct research on building codes, materials, and design trends to assist in project development.
• Project Documentation: Help in organizing and maintaining project files, including drawings, specifications, and correspondence.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with architects, interior designers, and other team members to ensure project objectives are met.
Qualifications:
• Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Skills: Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods.
• Attributes: Strong attention to detail, creativity, problem-solving skills, and a mind open to new experiences.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
