Corey Clayborne

Corey Clayborne, FAIA, NOMA, is the Senior Vice President, Knowledge & Practice, at The American Institute of Architects (AIA), which serves over 96,000 members globally. In this role, he leads a dynamic team that is responsible for the organization’s work with professional education, climate action, design excellence, equity, research and practice, and the AIA’s knowledge communities. Most recently, Corey served as Executive Vice President for AIA Virginia, where he was responsible for the success of the advocacy, education, outreach, and member services portfolios while coaching staff to tap into their fullest potential.
