Vern Ferguson

After working in retail for over twenty years, Vern decided to make a change and to earn a degree. His path led to Virginia Tech where he was able to take advantage of an accelerated master's program to earn his M.A. in just five years. Working part-time in an advising office while in grad school led to a career move to academic advising.
