WHAT IS A HOUSE FOR is an on-going international architecture research project spearheaded by Mateusz Załuska (Poland), Riccardo Amarri (Italy) and Matthew Bailey (United Kingdom). The project brings together internationally recognized architects and theoreticians from around the world – such as the Sami Rintala from Finland, the French architecture duo Bruther (Stéphanie Bru and Alexandre Theriot), the Brazilian Angelo Bucci, the Norwegian Neven Mikac Fuchs, and the Portuguese Sérgio Fernandez – to discuss the qualities and limits of contemporary architecture. Markus Breitschmid’s interview was the 9th installment of the series.
